It always seems to be a total pain in the ass to get csound to compile, so I fixed up the Makefile to work on my plain install MacOS X 10.2.6 PowerBook G4.
You can also get my handy-dandy Csound installer for MacOS X here. It installs Csound using the default paths from the Makefile, which is /usr/local/bin.
